Please be advised that Pyramid Holistic Centre has a 24h cancellation policy for all treatments and appointments. Failure to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the value of your appointment.
According to our Cancellation Policy, treatments booked with gift vouchers can be rescheduled 24h in advance. Otherwise the gift voucher will be automatically cancelled.
For clients who have a course of treatments, if we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation, course session will be automatically deducted from your course balance.
Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.
In case of the cancellation before 24h of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded or reused for another appointment of your choice. Please contact the centre directly on (+353) 86 3456370 or via email email@example.com in order to let us know what would you like to do with the deposit paid.
Please be also aware that late arrivals will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointments time. Our busy therapists have an obligation to start the next appointment on time.
Deposits and fees paid to date non-refundable should the student for any reason decide not to commence with their place on the course. Student is still liable for fees due in the month of discontinuation.
In some situations, at the discretion of the college, deposits and fees may be transferable to a later date.
Training/Therapy Room Hire
A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure the hire of the Training Room with Pyramid Holistic Centre.
A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure the hire of a Therapy Room with Pyramid Holistic Centre.
In the event that the date booked cannot be upheld by Pyramid Holistic Centre due to unforeseen circumstances, Pyramid Holistic Centre will reschedule the date of the booking.
Should the hirer not wish to continue with the room hire once the booking has been made, they must give 3 weeks notice of cancellation before the date otherwise full payment will be made. Should the hirer cancel their booking with 3 weeks or more notice, the hirer will forfeit their non-refundable deposit but no other payment will be expected.

Any appointment that needs to be cancelled due to Government Restrictions will be rescheduled at the clients earliest convenience.
Deposits which are usually non-refundable and non-transferable will in this situation become transferable but will remain non-refundable.
