Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that Pyramid Holistic Centre has a 24h cancellation policy. Failure to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the value of your appointment.

According to our Cancellation Policy, treatments booked with gift vouchers can be rescheduled 24h in advance. Otherwise the gift voucher will be automatically cancelled.

For clients who have a course of treatments, if we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation, course session will be automatically deducted from your course balance.

Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.

In case of the cancellation before 24h of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded or reused for another appointment of your choice. Please contact the centre directly on (+353) 86 3456370 or via email pyramidholistic@gmail.com  in order to let us know what would you like to do with the deposit paid.

Please be also aware that late arrivals will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointments time. Our busy therapists have an obligation to start the next appointment on time.
