Pyramid Holistic Training Centre, Dernacally House, Dernacally, Carrigans, Co. Donegal, F93 AO97, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our courses.

When you fill in an enquiry or application form, book an advisory call, phone or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, the course you're interested in and any message you send. Our website also uses analytics and advertising tags (Google and TikTok) to understand how visitors use the site and measure enquiries.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange your advisory call, manage your course place and payments, and keep in touch about your training. We never sell your data. We share it only with the services we use to run the centre, such as our booking and client management system and online course platform.

We process your data because you asked us to (to respond to an enquiry or deliver a course you've signed up for), because of our legitimate interest in running the centre, or with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Enquiries that don't go ahead are kept for up to 24 months. Student records are kept for as long as needed to support your qualification and meet accreditation, tax and legal requirements.

Under GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
